HalaLive started from the two problems overseas buyers hit in China: finding a plant that can actually produce to spec, and getting halal paperwork that a customs officer or a retail listing accepts.
We buy from partner factories across several food categories and sell directly to importers, importers and brand owners abroad. Nothing on this site is a factory's marketing material — it is the position we will put our name to at the offer stage.
Our work is not only export paperwork. To help Chinese products line up with the requirements of halal markets, we turned ingredient-compliance checking into a tool: scan an ingredient panel and it flags the commonly animal-derived or alcohol-carried risk points — and the same checks are applied to what we hand over for factories and buyers. That is why we know what a Chinese package label actually says.

Specs, certificate numbers and lead times come from the plant or the source document; anything not yet obtained is marked as pending confirmation rather than filled with an estimate.

Sourcing & factory vetting
Finding and visiting plants: business licence, production licence and export food-producer filing are checked before any specification is discussed.
Certification & compliance
Certificate checks item by item — issuing body, number, scope and validity — plus ingredient review against the destination market's rules.
Export documents & customs
Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, health certificate, batch COA and the customs declaration; booking and the destination broker are handled here.
Arabic-language desk

How to verify us
The registered name and Unified Social Credit Code can be looked up in GSXT by name; the customs registration number appears on every customs declaration. Both are printed in full on the Credentials page, ready for your due diligence.
