Mixed group-buy procurement
Different categories and items can be mixed to reach one tier, pooled by country · city and cartons or pallets — we convert that into volume and container type. You do not need a full container to buy direct from China: we aggregate the volume and we issue the documents.
Tiers (by cartons)
mixed group-buy: buyers in the same country·city combine volume by tier, and different categories can be mixed; the platform arranges the customs broker centrally and goods are collected at the country pickup point. Early buyers within 10 cartons ship as a direct parcel (courier or air) instead of joining a consolidation.
1–10 cartons
Early buyers, samples, small top-ups: courier or air straight to your address — no booking, no container, freight per unit is higher. Up to about 200 kg in total.
10–50 cartons
A few categories adding up to roughly one pallet, shipped together to validate the market; volume pooled with buyers in your city, one broker for the tier, collected at the country pickup point.
50–250 cartons
The core tier: mixed categories, medium volume — about 2–6 pallets, within half a container. Your cargo shares the container, not the cartons.
20 ft ≈ 450 cartons
Its own booking and loading; documents and marks are issued for you alone. A 20 ft takes about 450 cartons, a 40 ft high cube about 1,100.
How to choose: up to 10 cartons, only for validation or a top-up → direct parcel. Above 10 cartons, or to dilute the freight → a consolidation (trial 10–50 cartons, mixed 50–250); beyond 250 cartons we compare against a dedicated container. Carton counts assume a common pack (about 20 kg per carton, 50×40×30 cm) — send your own dimensions and quantities and we convert them for you.
How an order runs
- 1 · You send the destination city, the category, the pack (weight and dimensions per carton) and the carton count; volume and container type are ours to work out.
- 2 · We combine your volume with other buyers in the same country and city into one tier, and appoint a single customs broker for the group.
- 3 · Goods are collected at the country pickup point; every buyer in the tier receives their own document set (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, health certificate, halal certificate, batch COA).
- 4 · A first order of 10–50 cartons (about one pallet) is normal, and anything smaller goes out as a direct parcel; specifications and packaging follow the factory's stock pack or your private label brief.
